These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Star Talk Jewelry And Accessories Ltd’s Website, located at https://www.startalkjewelry.com/.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
1 ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
An agreement for Star Talk Jewelry to sell goods to you is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price, and applicable tax are agreed on between you and Star Talk Jewelry when an order is placed. You are responsible for the charges for transport, packaging, freight, and/or insurance of your order as reflected in the order summary provided upon the invoice.
The placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and you may not change or cancel them generally. There will be a 20% – 50% restocking fee if there’s any change/cancellation occurred after 12 hours of the order placement. Star Talk Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer or payment. Star Talk Jewelry reserves the right to modify or cancel orders due to system error or unforeseen problems.
2 SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Shipping Information:
Under most of the situation orders are shipped via DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/EMS according to delivery areas. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.
The order will arrive in 7-10 business days after processing and shipping normally.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International shipping may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and may be collected by the individual destination country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel; Star Talk Jewelry has no control over these fees and charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country’s specific customs policies.
- Return Policy:
All the new & unopened jewelry sold by us can be return within 30 days after delivery.
Please note that there will be 50% restocking fee on return items.
Ps: This clause does not apply to any customized product.
3 WARRANTY & PRODUCT CARE
- WARRANTY
Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any and all claims must be reported to Star Talk Jewelry within three (3) business days without exception. And we will follow up and give you solution within 24 hours.
- Product Care
Treat jewelry right and it will continue to sparkle bright:
1)Store the jewelry individually in an air-tight container to prevent tarnishing and chipping. Your jewelry box is a great place to store it too.
2)Keep the jewelry sparkling bright by cleaning or buffing with an untreated or dry polishing cloth.
3)Keep the jewelry away from the bathroom, heating vents or windowsills as damp and hot conditions can cause the jewelry to tarnish faster.
4)Protect the jewelry by avoiding contact with soaps, perfumes, lotions, makeup and hair products etc.
