SHIPPING/GENERAL ORDERING

I just placed an order, but I selected

the wrong item. Can you change it? Can you cancel it?

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! To make that happen, our team starts processing orders as soon as they have been submitted, so we are typically unable to change or cancel orders. Please contact Customer Service (service@startalkjewelry.com) immediately if you have questions about changing or canceling your order.

I just placed an order, but I need to change the shipping address. How do I do that?

Because we process orders so quickly, we are typically unable to make changes to a shipping address. Please contact Customer Service (service@startalkjewelry.com) as soon as you can if you need to change your shipping address.

I am ordering several items that need to be shipped to different shipping addresses. How do I indicate that?

As of right now, we are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, it would be best to place them as separate orders.

I need to use two credit cards on my online order – how do I do that?

At this time, we are only able to process one credit card per online order.

I just placed an order. How will it be shipped to me?

All orders are shipped via DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT/EMS according to delivery areas. Your tracking email will provide you with the carrier and tracking information for your shipment.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! On the checkout page, you will see all of your available shipping options.

DISCOUNTS/PROMOTIONS

I have a discount code. How do I add that to my order?

Discount codes can be entered in the Coupon Code field in your Shopping Bag, and they must be applied before the order is submitted. When placing your order, enter the code and click “APPLY” – you will see the discount apply and the total change before you enter your payment information.

I have two discount codes. How do I

enter both?

We are only able to apply one discount code per order.

How do your promotions work?

All promotions are limited to the specified dates/times and cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Promotions cannot be combined.

TAX

I have a tax ID number. Can I use that for a tax-exempt purchase online?

We are not able to process tax-free purchases through our website.

ABOUT RETURNS

What is your return policy for the orders?

Merchandise marked as Sale, and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


First of all, please email our customer service team at service@startalkjewelry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and get further instructions if you would like to make an item return.


It’s very important to check your item carefully after receiving the parcel. Though it’s in very low percentage, the item may get damaged during shipping.


1) For defective item (in cases of item with broken chain/band or missing gemstone), please contact our customer service team within 5 days after receiving the parcel, we will arrange full refund or free exchange for you in 7 business days.

2) Except for the above situation, all eligible, unworn, unused items you would like to return for a refund or make an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 5 days after receiving the parcel.


Please note, products must be in original condition. Don’t break any sanitary ensure label on the item.


And in this return situation, shipping charges are non-refundable, the return shipping charge is the responsibility of the client as well. The refund will be handled within 30 days after item’s return by recipient.


All refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

How do I clean my Star Talk jewelry?

Because a big part of our fashion jewelry is 9K/14K Gold or Rhodium plated over 925 sterling silver, it is possible for the plating to fade over time from continuous wear. This is unavoidable over the lifetime of any plated jewelry. Because of this, we do recommend that our customers are cautious when washing their hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or styling their hair, as soaps, chlorine, detergents, cleaning agents, and hair products can remove the plating. Please keep the jewelry in a dry place, and a polishing cloth also help it looking bright and shiny.

Can you wear gold plated jewelry in the

shower?

We recommend taking your gold plated jewelry off before you get in the shower, as it can damage the plating. This protects your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, lotions, and hair and cleaning products.

How do you care for Druzy jewelry?

To care for Druzy jewelry, simply polish it with a jewelry polishing cloth. Do not expose your Druzy jewelry to harsh chemicals such as cleaning products, as it can damage the stone and metal finish of the jewelry.
